Thought leadership is a critical component of the Global IOC Communities of Practice area as we share advancements in coaching research and practice for members. Global IOC believes that there is a need to link empirical research to coach development programs as well as a need to design our own research studies that inform coaching practice integrating empirical knowledge with practice wisdom. Our alliance with the University of Wales, Trinity St. David, affords us an international connection with forward thinkers providing members with the most recent evidence-based research to advance learning at all levels.
